Here you will find all of the rules/guidelines for our server. Read these carefully! Repeated violation of guidelines could lead to your removal from the server. Although it is not required, roleplaying as your character is strongly encouraged and will make playing more fun for everyone! If you would like, you can change your nametag to your character’s name using the /nick command (example: /nick Batman) and reset it to your actual nametag using /nick clear. However, you must either disconnect and reconnect or die and respawn for the nametag change to take effect.
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_TONY STARK’S TWELVE RULES-_-_-_-_-_-_-
.) Excessive cursing, foul/explicit/offensive language, and talk of real world politics will not be tolerated.
.) GRIEFING: (Too long didn’t read version: Don’t grief. And if you do, the staff have the legal right to AT LEAST prank you) Major griefing such as blowing up a player’s base or destruction of buildings/landscape without getting prior permission from admin & the other player is not allowed. We encourage roleplaying your characters and some players will be playing as villains, so minor griefing (such as using the speed force power to phase into another player’s base to steal from them or prank them) is allowed, though destructive pranks such as TNT traps are not allowed. If a base has a sign near or on it stating that griefing is not allowed, no form of prank/griefing is allowed under any circumstances. Stealing valuable items like super suits/tech, and killing mobs on another player’s property will not be tolerated (unless those mobs are hostile such as creepers zombies or skeletons). IT IS ALWAYS BEST TO SECURE YOUR BELONGINGS IN YOUR INVENTORY OR IN AN ENDER CHEST TO PREVENT THEM BEING STOLEN. Stolen items may be retrieved by an admin and returned to the original owner if that person makes a complaint and can confirm that the item is theirs. PvP fighting is allowed but only when provoked or agreed to by all players the battle concerns. There is an arena specifically for battling and you will be paid to entertain other players attending the fight there. Any attacks/griefing must end as soon as one of the players says to STOP, all players must stop fighting when this occurs including the player who said it. It is not allowed to yell STOP, wait for your enemy to cease fighting, and then stab them in the back. If a player will not stop attacking when a player says STOP you are free to engage in full combat to protect yourself and your base and inform the Admin. You can also report them to the admin (Commodore Warp/Tony Stark) if they do not stop when asked and the offending player will be punished. If a player says openly and obviously that they enjoy pranks/pvp then it will not be against the rules to prank or fight them unless they later press charges, though you still must cease combat and stop pranks if the player says STOP. If it makes sense for a roleplay situation or scene then PVP is allowed. examples of acceptable PVP scenarios; Bar Fight, Heroes stopping villains from robbing a storefront, Super Team clash, etc.
.) Only one superpower/suit/character per person unless the Admin allows otherwise as part of a roleplay story, server lore, or some other reason. If you want a second character, ask the Admin CommodoreWarp (Playing Tony Stark) about it.
.) Civilizations/teams are allowed. However wars or destroying another civilization is not allowed unless prior approval of the war has been agreed to by the Head Admin (Tony Stark, played by CommodoreWarp).
.) Admin & Staff must be treated with respect and listened to when they give you directions about gameplay/rules of the server. The head Admin (CommodoreWarp, playing as Tony Stark/Ironman) is the ultimate authority within the game. Impersonating a staff member (or any other player) will not be tolerated and could result in you being banned. No tampering with Staff built structures for community use such as the Arena, Courthouse, and Market buildings.
.) The use of an X-Ray, Tracers, Hacking, or Cheating in general will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban.
.) If you are offline for more than six months, we will assume you have quit the server and we reserve the right to remove you from the server whitelist (making the server inaccessible to you) and reassign your character to another player should they apply for it.
.) A business will only be authorized if you have a book signed by the server admin CommodoreWarp (Playing Tony Stark) stating you own the business. To build a shop/business outside of spawn you must also have a Stark Industries Building Permit. Basically, if you want a business, ask Stark. Emeralds are our main form of currency on the server and will be accepted as such, though trading is allowed as well. Robbing a business blind (when the owner is not present) is not allowed. Businesses will be expected to have a sign stating that robberies/hold ups are not allowed if they do not want a villain to hold up their store. (I know it sounds stupid, but it’s necessary)
.) This is more of a warning: Some of our staff do not list themselves as such and could be online without your knowing, so don’t think you can grief in private without anyone catching you.
.) We recommend your skin matches the character you are playing and you mostly stay in character. (Example: If you are Spider-Man your skin should be Peter Parker. This is important as some characters don’t have suits/armor at all like Doctor Strange and it would look rather weird)
.) Spawning a wither in the overworld and/or without the Admin’s (Commodore Warp/Tony Stark’s) approval will result in a permanent ban.
.) Whatever the Head Admin (CommodoreWarp/Tony Stark) says goes. Call him out if you think he’s being unfair.
